Hot Stone Massage

A Hot Stone Massage is a wonderful relaxation massage to regain balance. The masseuse uses heated basalt stones for this full body massage.

More about our Hot Stone Massage

The hot stones are placed on specific points on the body. This causes the muscles to loosen. When the muscles are sufficiently flexible, the stones are used to massage the body in continuous movement.

The pleasant warmth of these stones penetrates deep into the muscles. During this massage a feeling of deep relaxation is created. After the treatment you are fully charged. You will experience this wonderful feeling of relaxation for days after the massage.

This massage is suitable for people who are very sensitive and who experience a massage with excessive hand treatment as unpleasant. A hot stone massage contributes to the self-recovery of the body, removes waste, stimulates the organs and brings the body more in balance. This massage can also offer a solution in case of muscle tension, muscle pain, insomnia or stress.

Intensive Muscle Release

This deeply restorative treatment is particularly suitable for tight, stressed and sore muscles. A heavy training schedule or too many hours at your desk can make your body feel stiff, constricting or stiff.

More about the Intensive Muscle Release

During this treatment, several techniques are applied: Swedish and cross-muscle fiber massage techniques, stretching and drainage. The masseur treats the traditional aromatherapy pressure points of your spine. This helps to release major physical and emotional tensions.

This massage consists of kneading, wringing and deep friction. You may feel a sore feeling the day after the treatment, but this will go away quickly. The massage improves skin and tissue tension and provides physical and emotional relaxation.

The essential oils used are known for their beneficial effects on the circulatory system. Black pepper, rosemary and ginger warm the muscles and help disperse the build-up of lactic acid. By spreading the build-up of lactic acid, the stiffness and pain in the muscles will decrease. Lavender has a calming and anti-inflammatory effect.

Ayurvedic Massage

A relaxing head-to-toe treatment that combines traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques and acupressure of Marma points (Vital Points). Marma points are often referred to as the junction points of consciousness and matter.

More about our Ayurvedic massages

This massage is releasing physical and emotional blockages, eliminates toxins from the body and helps with muscle and joint stiffness.

This massage consists of effleurage, kneading and acupressure of marma points with circular movements.

Each of us has a unique body/mind type. In Ayurveda this is called your Dosha. It describes your personality, tendencies, and physical nature. After booking the massage you will receive a quick questionnaire from your therapist. Filling it in will help to offer you a customised relaxing and balancing treatment.
